Site area, service frequency, lawn and planting quantities, debris handling and seasonal tasks determine a programme. Compare written inclusions and visit frequency rather than assuming all monthly proposals cover the same work.
Can strata properties request a tailored maintenance plan?
Yes. Share site priorities, access rules and the responsibilities of the property manager or strata council. Service dates and tasks should be agreed around the site's requirements.
Is snow and ice management included?
It is a separately defined seasonal scope, not automatically included in groundskeeping. Discuss trigger conditions, priority areas, snow storage, dispatch and availability using our snow removal service page.
